The LWM app is user-friendly. The steps to schedule a pickup are very simple and easy, the app is self-explanatory to the user. Step 1 is insert the needed basic information which will remain confidential. Step 2 insert address and location details through the map, then step 3 is specifying the quantity of recyclables and their categories. Step 4 pick a date, pick a payment method and confirm.
